The concierge team delivers hand-detailed vehicles to any location within the service area. We take care of all maintenance and repairs so you can focus on driving.

There are no restrictions on how long or how short your flips can be. Occasionally, when a vehicle has been with a member for many weeks, we might need to ask for it back so that we can do routine tasks like preventive maintenance. However, we'll flip you into a fresh vehicle that is similar to the one you have.
Launch and Accelerate vehicles are the current model year. Each vehicle is detailed before and after it goes to a member.
If you live outside the service area, we can help you find a convenient place to flip within the service area. However, we do restrict service to members with a home address within a 50km radius.

First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle to a safe place, exchange information with the other parties and notify the police. Once the situation is stabilized, call us on our private concierge line. We will bring you a new vehicle and handle everything with respect to the vehicle involved in the incident.
While there is no minimum notice required, the best practice is to book a few days in advance.
Pricing & payment
A valid credit card is required during sign up. Your first payment will be charged when we confirm delivery of your first vehicle. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, in advance. Any additional charges, i.e. for gas, will be charged as soon as the flip ends.
Yes, members can move between plans at the end of their current membership month, pending availability.
You can pause your account, but there is no guarantee to get back in the program at your desired time, as membership spots are limited at this time. The same 30-day notice period is required as for cancellations.
You may drive our vehicles up to 2,500 km per month without incurring any additional fees. If you exceed the km limitation in any monthly subscription period, you will be charged $1 per excess km. Unused kms from a subscription month will ‘roll over’ to the following month (accrued mileage for your account) for a maximum of two consecutive months.
