It is your guarantee for fast assistance, adapted to your requirements - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the following geographical areas: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, UAE, Yemen.
The Porsche Assistance for pre-owned Porsche vehicles includes the following services, among others:
1. Case of illness
In the event of sudden illness or injury to a Beneficiary occurring outside the Usual Country of Residence, Porsche Assistance will meet the costs of hospitalization, surgery, medical fees and pharmaceutical products prescribed by the attending doctors. The maximum amount payable is US$ 5,000 per Beneficiary per ailment. In the event of sudden illness or injury to a Beneficiary, Porsche Assistance undertakes to meet all the expenses of transporting the Beneficiary by ambulance or by whatever means of transport is considered most appreciate by the attending doctor and Porsche Assistance's doctor to an adequate medical center or from one hospital to another or to the Usual Place of Residence.
2. Breakdown and accident assistance
Breakdown and accident assistance at the scene of the incident, including all instances in which the customer is at fault (e.g. battery failure, lack of fuel, keys locked in vehicle).
3. Assistance and recovery
If your Porsche cannot be repaired on the spot, whether at home or elsewhere, we will organize and pay for transporting it to the nearest Porsche Service Centre. We will also reimburse the cost of your taxi fare to your usual place of residence.
4. Return transport of the vehicle from abroad
Transport of the vehicle to the next Porsche dealer, provided that it is not possible to restore the vehicle to roadworthy condition at the site of the incident or in the vicinity of this site.
5. Vehicle storage
Assumption of the costs for vehicle storage (until repair, return transportation or customs clearance).
6. Hire car
Provision of a hire car for up to 2 days in case the vehicle cannot be restored to a roadworthy condition within 2 hours.
7. Overnight hotel accommodation
If the vehicle cannot be restored to a roadworthy condition after a breakdown, hotel accommodation is paid for up to 2 nights and taxi or public transport expenses are reimbursed.
8. Onward or homeward journey
As an alternative to a hire car, travel expenses from the site of the incident to your place of residence or destination (including return journey) or the homeward journey and return transportation of your repaired car to your place of residence are paid for.
9. Collection of vehicle if the driver is indisposed
Vehicle transport to place of residence and, if necessary, payment of hotel accommodation if the onward journey is not possible due to illness, injury or similar causes.
10. Return transport in case of illness
Expenses for required return transport from abroad in case of illness for driver and/or passenger, as well as additional expenses for overnight accommodation caused by the illness can be paid for the affected persons.
11. Supplementary services for events during travel
When sudden illness or injury to a Beneficiary prevents the continuation of the intended journey, Porsche Assistance will meet the travel expenses of the accompanying Beneficiaries in returning to the Usual Place of Residence or in accompanying the sick or injured Beneficiaries to the hospital. If one of the Beneficiaries is a child (aged 15 years or less), with nobody to accompany him/her, Porsche Assistance will also provide an escort during the journey to the Usual Place of Residence.
